Very pleased with every aspect of our interaction with this company from getting an estimate, to the actual repair, to billing and payment. Everyone was professional and thorough without attempting to up sell us. We obtained estimates from 2 other roofing companies: one tried to up sell and suggest we needed a whole new roof and a water test for $500 before they could determine source of leak. The other looked at roof from the ground and provided a hand written estimate within 15 mins. Swihart roofing got on the roof, took multiple photos, took down soffit to inspect leak and wood damage, and then sent back a typed estimate by line item. They not only repaired the roof leak but also repaired roof tiles barrel tile) that were cracked or slid down. Very impressed and highly recommend.
David Swihart Roofing is one of the best residential roofing contractors in Brevard. As a General Contractor, I have seen several roofing jobs (tile, shingle, metal, and flat) that Dave and his crews have finished and they've all been of great quality. Dave maintains my roof at my own house (he will 100% be my roofer once I'm due for a new roof). Dave always has a guy on site within a day or two when I call and he stands behind his craftsmanship. Most licensed roofers can provide a quality product, however only some of them actually do it in a timely matter and truly stand behind their work after the jobs done. This guy will do just that for you. I highly recommend for all residential roof work.

Swihart Roofing is an outstanding roofing contractor. I live on a golf course and my house is constantly bombarded with errant golf balls, which many times crack the tiles on the roof.nnAbout every 3-4 months I call Swihart to conduct a roof inspection. When called a representative is usually out within 1-2 days and quickly checks the roof and replaces any tiles that are needed. At one point, we had critters in the attack and Swihart met with On-Point (another great company) to figure out how they were getting in. There was no obligation on their part to do this, but they did anyway. The compromised area was identified and it was fixed.nnThere are many roofing companies out there and I am sure others provide good quality service and workmanship. However, from my experience this company is absolutely head and shoulders above the rest.
