Great guy really knows his roofing.
I heard so many good things about him. Guess he is too busy but he could have just said so. I set an appointment for my mom, waited 2 hours. Never showed, no call back, nothing. I called back to see if I had misunderstood. Got an answering machine. Left message. No call back still. Guess he doesn’t need the business. Others do so I’ll go with someone else.nUPDATE: The office manager did call me after seeing this review and apologized.nShe said she was out of the office and the owner took the call and must not have put it on the right schedule. I appreciate the call but wonder if I hadn’t written a review if my message on the answering machine would have ever been returned. I’ll keep looking for a roofer who needs the business and not take a chance. I did upgrade 1 more star because they could have just ignored this review but my originalnJustification for the rating stands true.

Jim Behan (J.K. Behan Roofing) is my Contractor of Choice. I receiced 3 other very Professional Roofer‘s qoutes & he was the most competitive & equally as knowledgeable & professional as the other two Roofers.nnJim was very straight forward & didn’t sugar coat anything or misrepresent any of his scope of work. He is a man of his word that other Contractors should strive to emulate as it would take much of the confusion which exists when dealing with Post-Catastrophic events like a Hurricane.
