I love this family business! Paul Horschel provided several roof inspections for my real estate clients this year. The service was excellent and the staff are knowledgeable.
I’ve had the roof completely replaced three years ago and now have defective shingles that need to be replaced. I’ve been reaching out to the company and they have not resolved the problem. It’s been over a month and nothing. Have had to go with another roofing company for the repairs. Sad that a warranty isn’t honored. Lesson learned.
Do not waste your time. Impossible to get price quote on paper and showed up 3 hours late, and got an attitude with me because I was annoyed. I guess being prior military, I expect a certain amount of professionalism, and that is not how this company conducts business. This is a horrible business...stay away.
Good company to work for.
