We love our new metal roof installed by Hippo Roofing. All of the people we dealt with were excellent. We started with Shane in sales who really helped us make the best choice for our requirements. We stopped by the showroom and met more of the staff who were also very helpful and knowledgeable as well as having a great display of available products. During our job the crew chief Tony kept us in the loop with regular communications and there were no surprises. Tony and the crew were so easy to work with. The crew kept our property clean during the job and were respectful to our property. The quality of their work is excellent and resulted in a very attractive look on our house. We have already received complements from neighbors. Tony ensured our job started and finished on time as promised. We shopped around and believe Hippo offers the best value for a metal roof and warranty. We couldn't be happier with our new roof and highly recommend Hippo Roofing. I wish more home improvements that I've contracted for were this hassle free. Everything went smoothly, delivery and installation was spot on. Other than an email glitch, communication was excellent as well. The installers were respectful of my property, very skilled in their jobs, and even though they were installing a steel roof, it was relatively quiet. No yelling and swearing, no blasting music that could be heard several blocks away, and none of the crew was drunk or worse. I want to thank Emily in the front office who found the email glitch, William the salesperson who helped get the financing, Luke in Production, and Tony the crew foreman who ran between several jobs and gave inspections of the work before he let the crew leave. Also want to thank the crew lead for taking my phone up on the roof and taking a lot of pictures for me, as I am mobility restricted and would not be able to get up there myself.nRobb the manager has a great team here, and there product it first rate. Would highly recommend them. I can't say that I'd use them again as the work they did today has a 50 YEAR warranty on it. I'll be long gone before I'll need another roof, so thanks Hippo Roofing for doing such an impeccable job!nnBruce

My husband and I were approached by a representative of the Hippo company about doing an inspection of our roof. It was important tonus to have a local business do the job. Upon inspection we had extensive hail damage. Our Rep. Eala was very knowledgeable and helped us through the insurance inspection and negotiations. Upon hearing about the advantages of a metal roof we chose to pay the extra for metal. Tony, our project manager then set us up with tear down and application of our beautiful new roof. We were very pleased with all of the crews who worked in each aspect of the job.They were polite and hard-working. We are receiving many positive comments by neighbors!
