The location is a gem. Hidden in plain site. The park could be a magnificent place, but the owner/manager has not kept it up. There are loads of empty lots and no one really knows why. The clubhouse is over the top, but there aren't enough people living here to warrant such a monstrosity. The people who live here are wonderful! There have been lots of issues with the owner. For instance, the debris that is all over the place and mobile homes that are falling down and need to be taken out. The sprinkler system has not worked properly in about 2 years hence, the grass I used to have in the front of my home is all burned up. It's wonderful and sad at the same time.
Quiet neighborhood
Quiet 55+ manufactured home community. Love it here.
This residential venue is well-hidden while in plain sight! The club house is well-equipped.
