The best ocean view you could ever hope for!! The staff was friendly and helpful. Some areas of the hotel could use some TLC but overall I had a wonderful stay. Loved my room!

Terrible. Didn’t even stay. Upon check in the computers were down waited a good 15 minutes was finally given a room which had the sofa bed pulled out and the king bed not made up. Went down got another room to find a dead bug on the floornOf that room. One elevator working, construction going on all over. Although the staff was very nice and apologetic I do not recommend.

I stayed one night for my one year anniversary. The room was beautiful with an amazing beach view and comfortable beds despite the initial firmness but I was slightly disappointed in the lack of amenities, they had no channel guides on the TV, nor near the bed, no restaurant, no room service, and all tile floors with no area rugs to wipe your feet so I was walking in sand the whole evening. I understand there are a lot of limitations with Covid-19, but I stayed at a Quality Inn in palm bay that still offered breakfast and room service and I paid twice as much for just a room with a view. While I loved the room, and view itself, the lack of contactless room service and at least a small rug at the Entrance was highly disappointing.
