Hollandale Moblie Home Park

Much improved since the last time we were there! Management is doing a good job cleaning it up and making it look nice and clean.

The park itself isn't bad, lot rent raised to $500 a month for lot rent but nothing included with that except for trash. Very easy to make payments online as well. You are required to live in the mobile home, so if you buy an actual home you must sell your mobile home, you can't rent it out.nnA non refundable pet deposit which I don't understand since you are required to have insurance on the dog as well, so what is the $200 for exactly, money grab perhaps?nnThis is really close to the train tracks, so you will hear the train every single night about 6 - 8 times. It really needs a sound wall on that side of the park.

Our experience with Hollandale Mobile Home Park has been a learning experience, over three plus years now, that we do indeed have a caring & working PARTNER in the ownership and management of the park here.nnWith recent speed-bump and sewage system additions to putting on outdoor evening 'Community nights,' with movies projected on a large screen and a picnic supper with all the trimmings, the management has over and over been intentional about building the finest of residential communities among us.nnFrom here we have the grandest of views of the Intercoastal Waterway (the Indian River) directly across Pineapple Avenue, and one can ride their bicycle up to the Eau Gallie Arts District safely via smooth sidewalks (one reason we chose HMHP ourselves). Shopping areas are close by and the beaches are just 5 minutes or so away over the causeways!nnIt's a find that's hard to beat.nnWith professionals, working families, respectful children and a few disabled all living here, all within a nice multi-cultural & multi-generational real-world touch, you'll find the park a great place to call home. We do.

Riverstone claims to have core values, but just like Donald Trump, they would tell people whatever they think they would like to hear in order to come under their control. I have lived in this park for 9 years now and while the current manager is the best in 19 we've had here in just short of a decade, Riverstone allowed the infrastructure of this park to deteriorate so the roads are barely adequate to drive on and we have an unsafe and unlocked laundry room where drug deals go down nightly and still, Riverstone does nothing to enhance our lives or secure us from crime. Every improvement is always on next year's horizon and never seems to get here. I have made every effort to improve this community and Riverstone has fought me every inch of the way. Therefore, I think this google rating contest is a joke and I know I won't win, but thought it important that I put into words my outrage at the way we are treated and the disaffection we're shown when we're scared and angry.
