Nice pool.great neighbors. Close to everything from Walmart to the pawnshop and fast food. Close to the beach and dog park. There's always some cute girls hanging around. Everyone is cool including the owners.

Lived here for about a year and a half. Quiet park with friendly neighbors. We loved the pool and that it's heated all winter. Within walking distance of the beach, dining, and shopping. You can see the Kennedy Spacw Center launches from the park. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Long term sites available. A few blocks from the beach. Nice neighbors. What else could you want.

The manager and maintenance were very nice, helpful, and easy going. This spot was wide enough but slanted back to front and the sewer was under the back of the rig, very difficult to connect/disconnect and drain. The park is convenient to shopping and beaches and quiet. Mostly long termers, not dumpy but some looked a bit run down. We would stay here again because of location and people.
