Clean spacious rooms, full kitchen with utensils & dishware, awesome view, large S-shaped pool with plenty of deck room, friendly helpful staff, large balcony with plenty of chairs., enough basic supplies to last a week, washer & dryer, direct ocean access, outdoor basketball hoop, volleyball net, nearby grocery and eateries....what's not to like?nnReasonable rates compared to hotels when you consider the extra space, amenities & privacy.nnI'll definitely be going back!

I vacation in FL at least once a year. This is the ultimate place to stay. This will be my new go to resort! Great location, only 24 rooms, clean. Right on the beach with private pool and beach access.

Awesome experience. Our room was a little dusty/outdated but 1000% worth the visit. Can't wait to go back one day!

Wonderful place keep very clean. A lot of attention to pool and hot tub. So very friendly.

Just a few steps away from the beach, great location for beach lover’s. Great pool, they even have a spot to get the sand off your feet and body. Private entrance to the beach, love it since you have the beach is not crowded at all. The building needs updates inside the rooms but it is worth spending the time here since most of the time you will be in the pool and beach. Kitchen is already updated and all appliances are new. Bathrooms are ok but need to be updated. Parking is great since is under the building. Elevator is small but works fine.
