Paradise Beach Club

The room we rented in 2020 was nice. We were in a room on the south end of the building on the second floor. Main area had small bath, kitchen, dinning table, and living area. Balcony off of living area. Go upstairs to sleeping area. Very large master bedroom. Another room for 3 kids was good. A little small. It let out to a balcony facing the parking area. One bathroom upstairs. Pool was good. Close beach area and not too busy.

Having been living in Florida for a couple years, I feel I need to fix my review. The “hog farm” smell comes from the sprinklers. You’ll smell this odor all over the area due to the high sulphur content in the groundwater and the fact that many sprinkler systems in the area draw from a well. You get used to it once you realize it’s not poo water but just naturally stinky water. Note that the running water doesn’t smell, only the water used for the sprinklers. The potable water is city water.nnOld review: This place wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t smell like a hog farm at night.

The location is great. We could see the surfers, ships and birds from our window. The grocery store, shops, and restaurants were very close. The view was fantastic. However, to our dismay, the bed linens had not been changed and were full of grit and hair. So bring your own sheets and also a can opener if you need one.

This place was amazing! This unit had updated features and everything I needed was provided. Conveniently across the street is a Dunkin Donuts and a Publix grocery store. I viewed the most amazing sunrises and sunsets from the living room balcony and the sound of the waves from the master bedroom put me to sleep every night. Another nice thing was the in-unit washer and dryer...that was very convenient! I have absolutely no complaints and I would highly recommend this unit and rental company.

Nice and quiet place to vacation. The beach is nice with few people. You can easily walk across the street for Taco Bell, Subway, pizza, Publix Grocery, Dollar store and more. The heated pool is nice and clean. We didn't bring our dog, but it is a Dog friendly place. You can also see when SpaceX launches from Cape Canaveral.
