They have a great selection of bikes and took the time to make sure I found a bike that met my needs. After choosing the bike they made sure everything was perfect with my selection before I took it home. They have an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and obviously love what they do. I honestly feel like I bought not only the bike but also gained entry into a family that will keep it well maintained. Bravo!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve brought each of my daughters bmx bikes there to get help with them. First time we needed a new brake assembly. Second time was help getting the crank off and I to our new frame. They were quick to help and extremely kind. They asked questions about each of my daughters races and how they’re doing. I will definitely go there for future needs and recommend them to everyone. Friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with.

My mother got a bicycle from Bob's last year and absolutely loves it. she got phenomenal service from Ben and referred me there when I decided to get a bike. I came in and spoke to talon because Ben wasn't around and he showed me a bike that I didn't even know I wanted. Ben help to show me a couple different options as well. everyone has been extremely friendly patient and happy to explain things since I know nothing about bicycles. I've been in a few times trying different bikes and figuring out what exactly I want. The bike I have decided on is not in stock but they have put down my name and as soon as it comes in they will be letting me know and not even requiring a deposit on it. No other bike shops I've ever been to have offered this kind of service. Bob's is the only place I will ever buy a bicycle from. Especially knowing that I will get free safety checks on my bicycle in the future. Bravo to everyone running and working for this company. It is a gem of Brevard.

5 Stars! The overall condition and quality of work and service was exceptional. The care and commitment to a positive experience was outstanding and I hope to return to purchase the hybrid Trek bike in the future. I was concerned about visiting the shop since I'm new to biking in the past year and my Schwinn came from Walmart. Would they even work on my bike? The team was great and yes, they likely serviced it to better than when I purchased it. My expectation is my bike with the service should last a considerable amount of new miles. I'll consider test riding the Townie as it may be more comfortable. I'm concerned about the possible increased chance of theft due to the unusual custom style and look.Last year, I saw an awesome video on Bobs Bike Shop on Facebook. In particular, I loved the aerial video of the bikes on Mathers Bridge and documentary story. We love to bike over that bridge. Since that video, I've looked forward to a chance to visit the shop. Thank you for the great service. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to doing future business with the team.
