Off of a frontage road and nestled between two car dealerships.nnThe building looks newer and fairly well maintained from the outside (at night). But that’s the end, the inside is dark, smells oddly and doesn’t give me any good feelings.nnThe haphazard plexiglass and 2x4 safety barrier at the desk looks sketchy and unstable.nnThe room was charged immediately. Wait, not credit hold until I checkout, a full payment before I receive a key to a room.nnUpon entering the room I find the locking mechanisms loose & not maintained. The swing lock at the top of the door was held on with an extra 1/2 inch of plywood and 2 wood screws into the door.nnThe room was dark with just three lights. The room A/C had some kind of dark spray or moldy material across the vents. When turned on you could hear some items rattling around???nnThe beds were made but felt soft and worn. The furniture had lots of worn areas, scratches and just looked extremely used.nnUpon checking the double queen room had just 1 set of towels. I asked the MOD for 2 more sets and it appeared that was too much to ask for. There were several sketchy people trying to rent rooms at the desk and she appeared frazzled by them. They smelled of weed and had dirty clothing.nnI went back to the room and told my family we were leaving as the air smelled of wet soggy moldy junk and I just didn’t feel comfortable with the safety of the rooms and the hotel overall.nnToo bad as it’s a great location but just in need of a complete remodel.

Good luck getting anything resolved with management at this facility, because you will need it.

All I got out of front desk was, what they didn't do for customers, never did I here I'll try to accommodate you. Extremely expensive for the lack of up keep outside.

My room was very clean. The staff was friendly and it was very quiet.

I’ve stayed here a few times, always had a good stay no complaints. Breakfast is good the pool is nice too. Rooms were nice and clean staff were polite. Will return.
