I booked a room for 2 nights through priceline. When I checked in, I was charged again for the room (I thought I was paying the pet fee). I immediately caught it and was told my card would be refunded. It is now a week later, and I have not received the refund. Not sure what's going on, but this is ridiculous. Beware!
The rooms were big, clean and all came with a full kitchen! I had a King suite that I used to get ready for my wedding and it was very spacious! We had a little mishap with one of the reservations we made- but the front desk and manager helped fix it quick and it worked out even better! The managers and front desk were very nice and hospitable. Would stay again
The staff here at Extended Stay really raise the bar when it comes to their professionalism, courteousness, personable, and are always willing to lend an ear! The rooms are always spotless (clean & sanitary), detailed, and organized! The panoramic view from the different rooms are fabulous, and if you need a bite - any number of restaurants are within minutes by foot of the hotel! If the owners are reading my review, my overall experience is excellent, however, I'm not staying in a hotel for pleasure, I've been displaced, and I have not only exceeded my budget, but blew through my savings, and when I reached out to Jenny, around 9:30 pm, a few minutes after she sent me a courtesy call seeking advice/help on long term housing, and pay options. First, why did she send me a courtesy call after 9 pm? I was in bed, I work first shift, and then she was in my opinion, extremely numb to my situation and offered no advice! Can the owners please reach out to me, thank you!
The entire staff from management to housenkeeping and maintenance are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms and common areas are clean and feel like home .
Best hotel I stayed in while visiting. Bri, Deb , Jen , and Dinastey(hope I spelled your name right, sorry) are awesome. Fantastic place to stay. Definitely will recommend!!!
