I traveled the USA for years for business and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. Never have I been treated as rudely as I was by the desk person at this hotel. I was attempting to book a room for someone from out of town. I was representing our church and this was a mercy ministry for someone in need. She said he didn't have proper identification and would not allow me to book the room using our church's credit card. Perhaps they are not open to diversity at their facility! She asked me to not call again. I called later hoping to talk to some one else to protest the treatment I received from her and it was answered by the same person. See talked over me loudly as I tried to explain and then she hung up on me and would not give me her name.
The gentleman behind the desk wasn't very knowledgeable had to call his manager multiple times . Found my reservations but for whatever reason couldn't get me a Room because he couldn't figure out how to get payment. The facility on outside look ran down and dilapidated the service was terrible I would strongly suggest that no one goes there it has 3 stars it should have half a star just for the fact that it allows pets. If you stay there, Its at your own risk.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice and affordable laundry service. The beds were comfy and the room had just been renovated. The hot water took a minute to kick on, but if you turned it all the way to hot it was reasonably warm enough to start up a shower.
Room was awesome they except pets even pitbulls. Room doesn't come with a girl make sure to bring your own.
The overall theme is dirty without hot water. There was mold in the three rooms we were in. The front desk attendant (all though very nice and I guess accommodating) during our departure said they were supposed to paint over that. Painting over the one mold spot isn't going to solve the the problems in that room or the hotel. Try your best to stay somewhere else. Especially if you have kids or breathing issues.
