The customer service here is excellent. Far exceeded my expectations. I dealt mostly with the evening staff and they are consummate professionals. Can't say enough about how well they treated me. Beautiful new hotel, great comfortable large room, huge showers, laundry, business center, pool and even a small well stocked (and moderately priced) market. Love the hallway decor and style throughout the building too. This is my new favorite place. Only thing I recommend, please get a hot tub!
Quiet, neat and clean. New and modern interior design. Grab-N-go breakfast is provided even during this pandemic time - muffin, fruits, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee and more. Free high-speed wifi, good enough for video streaming and conferencing. Gym and laundry are at the 1st floor though didn't see nobody using them. There's a supermarket nearby across the street though not in a walking distance. Overall very pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and the customer service was consistent with my first stay. I checked in with Carla, but prior to my arrival I made several calls to inquire about policies for out of town travelers and if I cancel my reservations without any penalties. She was very helpful all around.nThis hotel is extremely quiet and the besd are very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and tell Carla, I sent you.
I came to town on 9/11 for my sisters wedding and had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at this hotel with my family, who between us we have many many years in hospitality and hotel work and we all agree that this hotel staff was beyond wonderful and amazingly accommodating. The manager Rebecca and the desk worker Jenny were truly amazing to me and my family and we will always stay here when we visit! Omaha an Karla were also really awesome as well. Just all around a great experience for it being such a new hotel.
We traveled from Michigan to Wisconsin for my daughters wedding this past weekend. The wedding was to be held out doors down on the lake , and when we woke up on Saturday it was rainy , cold, miserable! There was no way to be able to have ceremony outside so at last minuet I thought to check and see if the hotel had a meeting space we could maybe use. Rebecca the mgr and Jenny working front desk came to the rescue!!!! Rebecca arranged for us to use the meeting space and Jenny even went so far as to make decorations for us to use!! What I thought would b a total disaster of a day turned into an amazing memory all due to these two ladies!! They truly are a credit to your establishment and your lucky to have them!!!! I was a blubbering fool most the day lol and they listened and came thru! Truly amazing!!! There customer service was over and above what any one would expect!! We will be going back in may and we will be sure to stay there again and every time we go to visit my daughter!! Thank you ladies!! You’ll always be in our hearts and memories!!!
