They fixed my bike within three days at a very reasonable price. Super kind people and I was referred to them by my friends. Good people and I would never doubt there experience or because you are in good hands.
When you are in desperate need of a very specific bike and you are trying to put together the transaction from over 1,000 miles, you really need someone you can trust. All I can say is, Tom went the extra mile for me and got me just the bike that was needed. Even when I could not finalize the deal on time, he still held the bike for me. When shipping a long distance, you really want someone to do a good job of packing and Tom and his staff did just that. Thanks again for your excellent work and support.
Stopped in Friday, Sale Sign On Road - Open Sign on Door, Walked in told a guy I was just looking and was promptly asked to leave, my 65 year old mom was 'yelled at' to leave:/ She was going to buy a shirt. Gave COVID as reason not allowed to look. Former Customer...Sad Customer Service:/

If you end up talking to someone named Hans, don’t leave slowly, RUN OUT OF THE STORE! This man has some seriously messed up customer service skills. I called to see when I could bring my sons bikes in for a tune up and he ended up yelling at me for not understanding him. After telling him sternly to stop cutting me off, my question was simple: when could I have the bikes back? He yelled at me and refused to answer.nnIf you work with Nigel (tall, dark haired man) he’s legit. Super nice guy. If Hans owns the place then I feel sorry for everyone. If he just works there then this dude needs to be shown the door, no excuse for that customer service. Worst I’ve ever seen in my life.nnI have another year of free tune ups that I will be passing on purely to avoid Hans. This wasn’t my first experience with Hans sadly. Should have known after the first weird encounter. Shame on me.
