BLUF: Great location - near amenities, dining, and highway access yet secluded on frontage road keeping environment quiet and clean. The windows open which is great IMHO and the HVAC settings were simple and include a fan-only setting which generates enough white noise to wash out any typical hotel hallway murmur.nnNote rating is based on hotel accommodations and not impacted by below Covid-19 specifics negatives.nnCovid-19 Specifics: I felt the hotel did enough to prevent the spread and sanitize common areas and rooms however staff never wore masks with the exception of the front desk despite mandate posted prior to entering. Pool and hot tub drained with access not allowed to other common areas as well. Continental breakfast is individually wrapped but still served with all day access to quick items for free in lobby which was a nice touch.nnPros: Front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. They always wore masks and kept personal safety in check by asking others whom stood behind me to back up a bit please to ensure guest saftey. I appreciated the tactful and polite way the staff would remind lobby guests to be cognizant of others saftey during covid-19. They did so without any alterior agenda or condemning tone in their voice which made everyone more apt to comply and respond positively.nnCons: Despite having a sign mandating masks for all guests inside and the front desk staffs amazing efforts; the rest of the hotel staff (housekeeping, repairs, etc) throughout the hotel never had masks on when I saw them and didn't practice simple distancing. This was disappointing and only made me wonder if the precautions were purely cosmetic for appearances.

This was our first trip to Wisconsin. My husband and I stay in hotels about 2x a month even during the pandemic due to traveling for competitions we are in. This one was unfortunately a little underwhelming for the price. We paid aroud $94/night...the pool was closed for renovation, no breakfast, and the overall amenities were a little lacking compared to our expectations. Our room was for 4 days and we were supplied with 2 body towels and 2 washcloths for those four days. Apparently there's no housekeeping during stay? Our room we were given also had no heat, and was pretty dusty. I was told to try resetting the heater and thermostat, but that didn't work. We were moved to a different room that had heat and was cleaner, but also had a good size crack in the ceiling in the bedroom.nWe also only saw one hotel worker the entire stay and really only saw her in the evening here and there at the front desk. Just seemed strange to not see any other attendants or housekeeping.nThe one woman we did meet who worked there was friendly and as helpful as she could be about our heat situation. And the location was perfect as it was right by the expressway. We would probably stay again, but I dont feel like our experience was worth the price we paid.

Your staff are wonderful. Karen in the evening and I forgot the morning girl, but we really thought they were both sweet.nnThe reason for only 3 stars however, is due to our room having a very odd odor to it and the ac not working well. The girl in the morning promised to have your handy man look at it. She did tell us, due to covid the rooms are not getting used as much so the smell may have just been from the dust in the ac itself. That explanation does make sense. However, I feel the management should be checking on each room periodically throughout the week to ensure everything is functioning. It is not very fun to pay money to be uncomfortable.nnYour staff though like I said we really enjoyed talking to. Super friendly and caring.

It was very clean with a nice comfy bed. Would not hesitate to stop and stay again. NOTE: Currently Covid conditions are pool is drained and the continental breakfast consists of grabbing specific sealed items and putting them in a bag to go with u. Food choices were still acceptable and it works. Nice to be able to have something rather than nothing.

My wife son and I drove through the night from Atlanta and called an hour ahead of time to let them know we were close. Kenzie was an absolute delight at the front counter and greeted our tired selves with a smile and great customer service! Room was very clean and modern with plenty of room for our small family. Spent a little time chit chatting with a few employees and they were all super nice. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs a quality place to stay that won’t break the bank.
