It's a shame I can't give 6 stars! Fantastic experience purchasing two Trek bikes. Mark, the owner, is honest, sincere and overwhelmingly customer oriented. I could go on and on about the experience.

Our family has purchased three bicycles from Pedal Moraine. We will not go anywhere else. Before making a recommendation, Mark asks about your riding habits. I was shopping for an E bike and after asking several questions, Mark guided me to the best fit. The bicycle he recommended was not the most expensive, but is perfect for me!! Mark was knowledgeable while explaining how to care for the battery and made sure I understood. He said after riding it, if I felt anything need adjusted, bring it back and he would take care of it. They attached all the extras I brought in from my old bicycle. An odometer, light and basket. Their maintenance department is amazing!! Mark came to our cub scout meeting to safety check our scouts' bicycles. If you are getting old like me and want to continue keeping up with your grandchildren, I highly recommend the Townie E bike. It is amazing!!

The gentleman who helped us was great. We also try to support local businesses as opposed to big box stores. Product quality and service is very important to us.

The guys are super friendly and thankfully respond to emails quickly. They had one of the last Trek Marlin 4s in my wife’s size and the color she wanted in the area. Had they not responded so quickly, my wife may have been out of a new bike until July or August. They held the bike for us and we quickly made the hour and a half drive to West Bend and we will definitely do it again for service and parts as well.
