No toilet paper. No shower curtain. Furniture was broken, damaged or nonexistent. The table lamp was on the floor. Awful. Tile missing. Food on the walls. Stains on the bathroom counter. Yuck.
When we first got here there was no one to take payment at the front desk. The lady that was here was kind enough to give us a room key and had us come back later to pay. When we got into the room it looked great upon a glance. But when I went to the bathroom I noticed there was mold in the tiles, hair in the bathtub, the bottom of the bathtub was yellow, and the light was out. The light in the main room was also out, there were cracks in the wall, a sock under the bed, a hair in the bed, beer in the fridge, battery’s missing from the tv remote (which was also sticky) and there were no battery’s in the smoke alarm. Garage in the AC unit (which also looked like it had never been cleaned. Defiantly will not be coming back to this hotel. We paid $80 for this room and it is completely disgusting
No toilet paper or towel holder only had about 10 t.v staions half were for info commercials the others wereso bad u could not see them so no t.v was charged 69dollars wasnt worth 20 this was nov 13 waste of money
Terrible. Negative stars all around. Got here at 8:00 pm check in go to the room and it hasn’t even been cleaned yet. Get a new room. Have to run shower on straight hot just to have a Luke warm shower. Forget about a bath. Tub won’t hold water. Smoke detectors have been removed and wires left hanging down. Feel more dirty leaving than I did I did when I first got here.
The customer service for this place was great. But we were assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned for the day yet, and we checked in an hour after check in time.
We were immediately given a new room, and we realized as we went to bed that our room wasn’t cleaned. I found garbage and a forgotten bra under our bed. It seems like these were very lazily cleaned. I thought for the price it would at least be sanitary.
