This review is very specific to one of the employees at this Best Western, Julie. I have been here twice and her customer service skills are by far some of the best I have seen in the hotel industry (and I stay mainly at Hiltons and Hyatt's over 100 nights a year). I am not a super big fan of Best Western, but Julie makes coming here a pleasure.
It's a Best Western so you know you're getting consistency and value. It's four story hotel in the center of Heber City located at the intersection of hwy 189 and 40 and S. Main St. Rooms are clean, quiet, have a small wet bar and microwave. Bed is better than decent, there's a pool and gym and plenty of channels on the TV. They also offer a complimentary breakfast. Learned our car battery was dead as we left the hotel. Julie at the front desk went above and beyond when she offered her jumper cables and helped us on our way. WOW, WHAT SERVICE!! Especially appreciated since we are 88 and 91 years old. This was our third stay and highly recommend the Heber City Best Western.
Ran by incompetence, the front desk all the way up to their general manager, have no clue how to operate their own system. Every time we have to stay here they screw up the receipts, cant figure out how to check people in our out or how to extend or cancel a room. Good luck getting a correct receipt...
