Clean, friendly staff. Comfortable pillows. We stayed in two different rooms and the mattresses are worn; you can feel the springs. Could not sleep. Would have given 5 stars if mattresses were comfortable. Internet horrible. Sack breakfast. Spa.
This was a great hotel. The place was super clean staff was excellent. My complaint is that of the beds we had. Could feel every spring in them. So I didn’t sleep. Maybe we just got that one room with the only old beds....

Everything was great. Room very functional, clean and spacious. Hot tub and heated pool was very enjoyable especially with windows and views!. Every space in and around the hotel kept clean. Nice staff. Not even one minor complaint about it!
The room was wonderful and the sheets smelled so good. Bonus we could have are dogs with us.
Place is clean but beware of the pets. It's a pet friendly hotel (great for pet owners) but terrible for non-dog owners or those that are allergic to pets. We heard dogs barking upon entering the lobby so that was kind of weird. No sit down breakfast, of course (virus), but the to-go bags that they give out aren't great. Sugary muffin and a cup of fruit. They are definitely saving a bunch of money by not serving breakfast. I wonder if they are passing the savings on to the customer. Doubt it. We dipped in the hot tub in the morning. The pool area was being serviced at the time but it was OK. The tub was clean.
