It's a good place to live !!!
The husband and wife are very passive and beat around the bush. He says he will call you back and doesn't. Says it will be ready by a certain time and it's not. You make a plan and it falls through and they are super greedy and want waaaay to much for rent. Like wowzers
It is a meth capital of Heber City it is full of tweakers very run-down very ghetto the owner makes you get rid of your animals and then rinse the spot or tells you the spot is rented the day you show up with cash not very good in my opinion unless you are a meth addict they won't rent to you cuz and they don't get their own hook up
