Be sure to bring photo id! In order to retrieve your reservations. I lost my Id and had to cancel reservations luckily had someone in my party that had Id and credit card. Clean rooms, all necessities available coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge iron, ironing board, soap, shampoo, luggage rack, hangers . Beds were made nicely but no bed spreads. Pool, exercise room, vending and ice. Was suppose to be continental free breakfast however not available due to Corona19. Friendly desk clerk and helpful. Would utilize this motel again in future.
Let me say I am surprised how well kept this hotel was! They say it was a 2 star but I feel like it was way better quality than that. I have paid more for other hotels (something to do with events like Christmas**) and they have been much worse! Thank you
Updated comfortable rooms. Asked for an extra blanket as only 1 thin blanket on bed and no spread. Clerk was unable to oblige. Even though covid precautions are in place. Could have provided coffee I. Lobby
Would have given 4 stars but I had to call maintenance at 1 am because my jacuzzi wasn't working, he got it bubbling again in no time, about a 10 minute inconvenience
Room was clean. Employees very pleasant and helpful. Obvious management presence around. Had to extend my stay which they made very easy to do. No breakfast currently being served due to pandemic. Only downside was the in room coffee was not replenished daily but wasn't that big of a deal.
