Couldn't have found a better company to have worked for. Badger really cares about their employees and customers. I came in the middle of 2018 during a time where some of our sales guys were doing more harm than good for our customers. Badger is committed to their customers and therefore are optimistic in 2019 to making sure their customers are provided with the best quality work. They are always looking on new ways to improve their level of service and have kept only the best knowledgeable sales guys to be able to provide exceptional work from start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing (shingles, rubber, metal), gutters, siding, windows and doors.
Badger was contracted to replace the garage roof on our townhome. While our neighbor dealt with Badger personally, we certainly felt the effects of their marginal service. First, the contract was signed in May, however the work wasn't completed until last week, early August. We were told that our sales rep had been let go and nobody took over the contract (?!). The work was completed this past Sunday, 8/4, however their dumpster is STILL blocking our driveway and preventing access to our garage (on Wednesday, 8/7). No word on when it's being removed yet. The new roof looks great and Badger's crew did an amazing job of cleaning our garage when the work was done. The delay in work and the huge dumpster that's still in front of our house are huge clouds over what was, otherwise, a decent job.
I had inquired to Badger Contracting regarding my house and Peter promptly came out and checked up most of the exterior along with informing me what I can do with my insurance. They seem fairly flexible as my downstairs neighbor chimed in and also was able to get an estimate on her house she owns a few blocks away. These guys are here to help!
Back in November of 2017, shortly after we purchased our investment property, we paid in full to have our home and two garages reroofed. It is now August of 2019 and the work still has not been completed. There were 3 flat roof areas that could not be done in November because it was too cold for the spray coating to properly cure, these were supposed to be done in the spring/summer of 2018. They never came to do the work, and I was in a nightmare bedrest pregnancy and could not deal with hunting down my contractor, although I did email and call several times after my son was born in September.nI emailed and called again in the spring of 2019 and was told several times that someone was coming to do the work, and they did not. Now in August I have been in contact with them at least 5 times so far and have been repeatedly lied to about when they are coming to do the work. Was told 8am Friday and they were not there (said they needed more supplies) were supposed to come back that afternoon at 1230, never arrived, was told they would be there today (Saturday 8/10) they never showed up.nI would expect MUCH better service for $21,600!
Although I didn't need my roof replaced, I was curious about how much it would cost for future reference. I was surprised how fast they got the estimate to me. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and kind.
