This is not a fancy hotel with a lot of amenities. That said, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. In my opinion that is by far more important. I have stayed in several newer hotels that are not as maintained as this property. The rooms were reasonably priced and the staff are friendly.
Our stay was nice. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I would recommend staying there to anyone.
Would not allow a late check out. Was not told about this when making reservation. It was a critical item for us . Recommend better communication.
It was a nice location to stay at. Enjoyed the staff and the area.
We went there on the weekend of August 6 seventh and eighth to help our son move into his house we checked in to the hotel McKenzie was a blessing she was polite she was courteous told us where everything was also always told us where we can go to eat just a delightful person she is a real customer service person we recommend if you go to West Bend Comfort Suites and Inn look up McKenzie, She will help you with anything!!
