We had a significant hail storm back in April of this year and we noticed many of our neighbors were getting their roofs and siding replaced by their insurance companies. Brenden from CAB stopped out to do a free inspection and within 2 weeks we had a check from the insurance company that covered our entire roof, siding and gutters. Everything about the process was made easy by CAB and the wonderful staff they employ. The service and information Brenden provided was excellent, the office manager Melanie was an absolute professional and the crews that installed the roof siding and gutters were absolutely phenomenal! Their Catch-All system was great and they did an excellent job cleaning up. We have the best looking house on the block. Our neighbors that used some of the other contractors did not have the greatest of experiences. We definitely recommend this company! Great job and thanks again CAB!

From start to finish, this is a great company to address your house's problem area. Our's was our roof. We set up a meeting with Brenden, who went over everything, including the things we didn't know we should be asking. Not once was there a traditional sales pitch, however, there was information for us as homeowners to make a valued and thoughtful decision on what was best for us and our home. In fact, when we were presented with all options, we found value in an alternative colored shingle (midnight blush) which is gorgeous with our gray siding and burgundy trim. Additionally, we opted for the Golden Pledge Warranty, which is transferable to a new home owner in the event we end up selling our home sooner than anticipated in the future. Melanie, who works behind the scenes, is also wonderful to communicate any questions or concerns and very professional. We will absolutely be using CAB construction for any future projects in our home! Stop your search and give them a call, they are worth it!

I have had a great experience thus far with CAB Construction. They were recommended by a friend and we are glad we went with them. Ben was very responsive and if I contacted him on any issue, he would contact me the same day. The workers were professional and extremely fast. I have a multi-level roof on a 2,000+ square foot home. They finished the job in one day. The yard was cleaned and all debris removed. I am impressed!

My experience with CAB construction was fantastic. It all started when the ceiling in my daughters room collapsed because of an unknown roof leak. My insurance company sent a different company out to survey the damage from a recent hail storm to see if that caused my leak and interior damage. The inspector found hail damage but it was not was caused my leak. My flashing had been bad for some time and water had been coming in over a period of time. I had bad decking all around my chimney that needed to be replaced and I could not afford to replace the roof. After many weeks of being ignored by local roofing companies because my job was small, a well known competitor of CAB came to my house and gave me a quote on my small repair. The salesman, however, was extremely rude and arrogant towards me and my wife. I explained we don’t have a lot of money and asked what the best price is that he could offer me on a total roof replacement would be for future consideration. He was actually offended by my question and proceeded to tell me the price is the price and that his company sells itself and if one client doesn’t buy, he has a whole list of people who will. When he left I was angry. I had waited weeks with a torn up bedroom and leaky roof to finally have someone come over and this is how I was treated. I wanted to smash this girly-man’s face in. So I figured what the heck, I’ll try one more time to see if I can get another quote. I searched for local roofing places and CAB was top on the list. I don’t know why earlier searches didn’t produce a hit but there they were. And they were local!! So I called and to my surprise a very nice lady answered the phone. I told her my issue and she was horrified at how I was treated and sent a man out the very next day. She asked if I had hail damage and I said yes but it was denied by insurance. She explained that her salesman was a certified hail damage inspector and would provide his opinion in case I wanted to appeal the decision. The next day, Brenden Cirillo showed up on time and looking professional. I explained my situation and he began his inspection. He was very thorough and explained that my roof was badly damaged by the hail but agreed it did not cause the leak. He said because of the damage I may be able to file an additional claim for a new roof. I contacted my insurance company to discuss options and they said Brenden was correct and apologized that their inspector didn’t explain that I had options. Given the extent of the damage I decided to proceed with a claim as I don’t want any future roof problems. All I needed to pay was my deductible and my rates aren’t going up. My new roof is amazing and I can sleep easy knowing I won’t have any more water damage. Thank you Brenden and thank you CAB Construction.

Great experience. Owen, our sales person, really was an absolute pleasure to work with. No one works harder to make sure their customers are taken care of than Owen. Highly recommend.
