The resort has sold and will no longer be a resort
My family has been coming to this location every year for the last 50+ years. We love it. Charlie and his wife do such a wonderful job. Can't wait to be back in our favorite place again this summer. Maybe one day I will even get to bring my kids and keep our family tradition alive!
They don't allow fires. No campfires. Seemed perfect for our family except that.
We stayed at Cabin 4 on the resort, which I highly recommend due to it facing the lake with a screened porch. Great proximity for off the dock fishing. What I would recommend to newcomers is good bug spray, and jugs of water (tap water is jarringly mineral rich compared to where I'm from). Overall, an incredible spot with an adorably cozy cabin.
