Comfortable and clean. The front desk was nice. I would stay here again. Due to Covid breakfast was minimal. It would be good if they had some gluten free cereal options.
Comfort at its best. My wife and I travel to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin every May (for her birthday) and every July (for our anniversary). We were here when this hotel was being built and we wanted to book our stay here. This hotel exceeded our expectations. With a fitness room with more than enough equipment and a laundry facility on each floor, the rooms (of which we had a suite) was exceptionally great. Within its first year of business, we immediately found a new place to call home away from home. We definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning next year.

Great hotel near downtown lake Geneva. Stayed for one night got an awesome deal on Hotwire. Not serving breakfast right now due to covid. No bar in hotel but offers some convenient items near the check in desk. Smells a lot like chlorine even in the rooms but otherwise very clean and seems like new construction.
The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. We waited for quite awhile to check in because the person in front of us was taking an unusual amount of time asking and answering questions and deciding how many rooms he needed and for how long he would stay. The frint desk person apologized for the delay and offered us something to eat or drink. She quickly got us on our way and gave us a quiet room on the 4th floor. Our room was impeccably clean and perfectly sized for the 2 of us. The price was reasonable as well especially compared to other hotels in the Lake Geneva area.
