Very spacious clean room with mini kitchen and nice balcony (ours had a partial view of lake). I liked that the bedroom was seperate from bathroom. Robes and slippers were provided and the fireplace was super nice! Front desk check in and out was friendly and easy. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Parking was under cover. Only negative was very strong scent in hallways - almost like a cross between perfume and cleaning stuff however our room did not smell like that. Overall great stay and will definitely be back!

The staff is wonderful and the one bedroom suites are very spacious with a fire place in the family room. Perfect location for families, girls/guys weekends or that romantic getaway. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove included. Indoor pool and hot tub with a beautiful view. Lake Geneva shopping not even a full block away. Walking distance to everything in downtown Lake Geneva. The only hotel I know of in LG with a complimentary hot breakfast. Traveling and staying at a hotel during a pandemic can cause a little anxiety but rest assured The Mill Creek is on top of it. Everything is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. The attention to the little details, from the chocolates on the pillows to the 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby makes the stay. This is the cleanest property we have stayed at in LG. We highly recommend this property.

Fabulous! We have come to this destination many times. It is by far my favorite hotel. Very quiet and meticulously clean! This last trip was very nice as there were added touches to the room like towels in the shape of flowers, chocolates on the pillows, and a new multicolor shower head. The people that work here are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy. Love it here!
