Skyline Cycle

I really want to like this shop but they’ve disappointed me time after time. Always feels like I’m dealing with some shadetree operation. Never can tell me when my bike will be done, very little in stock, can’t (won’t) make appointments in person or on the phone? What is that? I know almost all bike shops are run pretty poorly but this seems to be worst than most. Giving two stars because I do think the owner is a nice guy.

Go to place for repairs and tune ups. Knowledgeable staff. Bought a nice bike and multiple perks where bundled in, great service.

I approached the front door of Skyline bike shop and read the sign (along with another cuustomer) that face masks were required in the store. I am totally agreeable and had mine on. The other customer left. I went into the store and the store staff was not wearing a mask! What the heck! I did purchase 2 tubes and paid about 30% higher than other stores in the past. The tubes were very thin for mountain bike tubes. I got a flat right away! I just cant see me going back there.

I can't speak more highly of a shop. They love what they do, they love bikes and they love their customers. Other bike shops are in their shadow when it comes to customer service and pricing. I feel guilty if I ever end up using another shop, I want to give no others my business. They make you feel like family.

I bought a bike online and had it assembled here. first i want to say i don’t know anything about bikes. i haven’t ridden one in many years and have never owned one as an adult. the girl who works on saturdays (wish i knew her name) was so nice and helpful. i spoke to her when i dropped it off and when i picked it up yesterday. she went over everything with me about it and made sure i understood everything and adjusted the seat and handlebars for me. she didn’t have to do any of that but she did. great service would definitely come back here in the future
