An absolute pleasure to work with. Jerry and Caleb had great communication and were always on time. Work quality was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend Schmidt Contracting LLC. Out of all the places we called for roofing estimates, they gave us insight to a number of issues they spotted and gave us ways to improve/fix them that none of the others noted. When we asked about gutters, they were able to add that to our estimate. They were able to start on the job quickly (even though we had a pause for high temperatures-completely understandable.) Caleb and Jerry were very nice to work with and it was nice to be able to use a local, family operated business which produced quality work. If we make plans to do more home projects, they will be the first we contact. We love our roof and are so ecstatic with our seamless gutters. Job well done! I don't t usually do reviews. However, I think my experience with this company has earned one. We have wood framed windows and garage doors on our house. The paint was peeling. We wanted a low maintenance, long lasting solution. I called Schmidt Contracting because I had seen their work around the area. I dealt with Caleb and Jerry. They responded promptly to my request. We decided to wrap our windows and door frames in the material recommended by Caleb. The price was reasonable, they showed up on time and completed the job in short order. Their clean up was outstanding. I would recommend Schmidt Contracting to anyone.

Prompt and courteous. Roof looks great and done at a good price. Did the entire roof in one day. Even came back and fixed some issues we had with our bathroom vents, which was above and beyond the basic roof job. Very happy with everything!

Schmidt Contracting installed new seamless gutters for me. The gutters look great. Their team was professional, courteous, on time, and very responsive to my questions and requests.
