Wheelchair accessible bathrooms available, looks nice, clean. There was a little bit of a small on the green comforters that got on the beds but the sheets were good.nWould recommend to others
Nicole has been a wonderful host. All of the staff has been. I’ve stayed at many Locations. I’ve been here over a week & there’s one left. On business. The housekeeping is phenomenal & they accommodate all needs.nIt’s been a pleasure staying here. Vacationers... I highly recommend. The area is beautiful. Pleasure or business.
The price for the location was good as it is located 15 minutes from Lake Geneva. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious; stayed in the 2 Queens Executive Room and it included a microwave and mini fridge, very convenient if staying for a few days. Because of the current pandemic, breakfast is not being offered.
So disrespectful towards me an my children, this place was so disgusting, do not come here, they over charged me and lied about doing so. The pool area was nasty as the room, hallways smell like cigarettes, seems like the owner is a thief and liar
I paid for five nights here, and the first day I woke up to a knock on the door from the hotel owner saying he could smell smoke and was saying it was from my room. I ended up leaving early and they charged me $250 anyway, this place was so shady and disrespectful towards my children as well, this place is the worst, I had to dispute the charge, and HIGHLY recommend NOT to come to this hotel
