I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few months. The rooms are big and really nice. It is a new hotel and it shows. For me, the shower was huge a highlight. The staff are amazing and clearly working hard to make sure guests are happy and safe. Also, it is also nice being close to Lake Geneva, but not in the middle of the Lake Geneva traffic. Will definitely stay again!
Excellent! The staff went above and beyond-all extremely friendly! They let us check in early and accommodated our late check out so our kids could swim in the morning before our departure! The room was spotless and comfortable for our family of six! The grab-and-go breakfast options (Covid) were awesome! Thank you, we will be back!
Great hotel! Stayed there for a week while on a work trip and enjoyed the place. New and the staff was very accommodating for our large group. The complementary breakfast was limited, but this is due to the COVID restrictions. Overall, a comfortable place. Gym was nice with lots of free weights.
we needed a getaway with the family and chose Lake Geneva as the destination. We looked at many other hotels in the area before choosing this one and we are so thankful we did! The facilities themself are absolutely spotless and was being cleaned every time we ventured into the lobby! We were amazed how hard this staff worked to ensure the health of its guests were first and foremost and they blew our expectations out of the water!! The staff was beyond hospitable and made you feel like family while staying and we officially have our “go to” spot whenever we are in the area 4 or 5X a year, thank you to the entire staff for a lovely stay we will be back!
Very nice and clean but is brand new. Hopefully it will stay that way.
