Stayed here several times during the summer and have nothing but great things to say.nnRooms are clean and location is perfect being walking distance to the Abbey, Geneva Lake, and Fontana night life.nnOwner Peter is very accommodating and was very understanding of our late check in times as we were enjoying lake activities.nnJeff A
Fontana Village Inn is a terrific value. My stay was very comfortable. The staff is helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are very clean and full of amenities. I will highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Absolutely unacceptable service! Management is unreliable and thoughtless. Coming from a hospitality background, I cannot fathom how careless and unprofessional my experience has been.nManagement cancelled all room blocks for my wedding in just a few months with NO NOTICE. No phone call, no cancellation emails to the guests, no apology. They have decided to shut down for their own person needs and to not take into consideration they are running a public business.nSuch a shame and very disheartening.
My wife and I haven't stayed here for the past three years. While we liked the location and the room layouts we did put up with old amenities including an old & small TV, loud A/C system, and worn bed sheets and blankets. OK. Were just thinking about calling for a reservation soon but after reading the recent reviews, no way .... the facility manager sure appears to not care about the residents at all! Sure glad to be tipped off .... will definately go someplace else.
