Would stay again. Very helpful front desk. We needed to change rooms because I accidentally put we were coming with a pet and they didn't hesitate.
This hotel is way overpriced I flew in was very tired was there for a wedding went to go lay down 2:00 a.m. in the morning there's a gentleman across the hall screaming over the phone could hear this man through my television and through my door this went on well over an hour had to go to the front desk twice for three nights $348 there was no toilet paper in my room I had to go for that no soap no shampoo my bed covering had stains all over it the refrigerator was dirty all my lamps were unplugged the carpet filthy you cannot walk around in your socks nor your feet I definitely had to wear shoes it's a shame I would never suggest anyone to stay here if you do not have to they may be the cheapest in town so to speak but I rather spend another extra hundred dollars to go down the road the next time I come into town
Bathroom is roomy but not conducive access to the bathtub which is quite high. Very narrow shelf in tub area to accommodate soap and shampoo. Shower head height adjustment did not work just kept sliding down so it just pointed straight down difficult to shower. Bed linens fitted sheets elastic worn out so it kept popping off and pulling of corners. Bed mattress worn out we just kept rolling to the center not conducive to a good night sleep. Not a pleasant experience! Will not reccomend this motel.
We stayed on new years... Our shower curtain was missing screws and hanging about a foot lower than it should. The bed sheet has cigarette burns. And shower curtain had mold. Nicely brought up to staff when we checked out.... Now we are being informed we are being charged 58$ for something we did to the room.... Maybe it's time I ask for a refund for how gross the room is. Will never stay here again.
My stay was excellent! Normally wouldn’t stay at a super 8 but this Super 8 is wonderful! Not only were the rooms clean and comfortable the staff here makes this hotel special! Denise, Randy, and Allie were sweet, accommodating and professional. They made my stay perfect. I recommend this hotel! Thanks again
