This is a very clean hotel & an excellent affordable location when visiting Lake Geneva. The staff was most helpful & friendly & the location is convenient. Such a quaint little town with a lot of history, awesome shops and art. I was impressed with Delavan.
It was a very little comfy place not as clean as I would like it it did have a mold stain on the wall and it was really stuffy but still it was very little and comfy just wish it would have been better taken care of...
It was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. And we have stayed in a lot of different places. It stunk so bad in the hallway. Mold in the bathroom. And for 170$ a night we got screwed. Someone was playing drums woke us up.
Paid $170.00 for the night. Came out here for a wedding. Room had no microwave and the front desk guy told me there is a microwave in the lobby and he didn't know if the rooms had microwaves. This room is worth maybe 70bucks. What a joke. Will never travel or do buisness with this chain ever again
Cleaning staff don't close doors, when I tried to get ahold of a manager no one wanted to listen. The music from the ground floor can be heard loud and clear on the top floor at midnight and no one would address the issues.
