The best place to live. Has a very nice swimming pool. A playground, basket ball court, common dinning room for large parties. Have to keep your lawn short and no parking on the streets. If you need something fixed right away, it done. Must keep up your home.
Lovely place to live, well kept community
I came for the annual community rummage sale. Nice, friendly people living here for the most part and the properties all appear well kept with clean yards and well manicured lawns.

Charging an illegal non refundable deposit of $50, when Wisconsin fee is capped at $20 as per s. ATCP 134.05(4), Wis. Admin. Code.. Refused to provide the credit report the fee is to be used for. Good scam to generate revenue out of air.
