The owner is AMAZING Clean, Staff are friendly, also pet friendly. It's a very cozy and welcoming place.❤ufe0f Breakfast in morning and with lots of activities in the area just simply beautiful. If there was a such thing as a 10 I would ud83dudcaf percent rate it a 10.
The staff literally bent over backwards for me and the construction crew all week. The office manager walks on water by going over and above for complete customer satisfaction! I will definitely stay again when in eagle river.
Clean, quiet, and neat. Comfortable bed. Not lodges fault (COVID),but we were not able to enjoy many of the amenities the lodge has to offer.
Location is incredible, on the lake, with bars and restaurants in walking distance. Newly remodeled, and fantastic staff.
Stayed Friday & Saturday night. Saturday the lobby staff was drinking & playing music with a bunch of other guests until wee hours of the morning. Very annoyed & disappointed. I paid over $174.00 per night to stay here instead of driving 3 hours to get home and got no sleep
