I stayed here with my two big dogs. I was going through a horrible patch in my marriage and needed out. When I went to check in this lovely woman was there and I had a safe feeling right away.nI knew I couldn't be alone that night.nShe knew right away and kept me company till 3am.nIf it wasn't for her, I may have done something I cannot take back. We stayed there after a long drive. I filled the tub for the bath and there was dirt and a lot of hair( not head hair) floating in it. The one bed sheets had sand and hair on it.
Avoid this hotel if at all possible. It looked like it was built in the 70s and never updated... Chipped paint and walls, musty odor, and vintage everything.
Casandra, the front desk clerk, was fantastic. Went above and beyond with providing customer service. The hotel does not have an elevator and due to our reservation through booking.com, we ended up on the second floor. Casandra contacted booking.com on our behalf, tried to get the room type changed, the agent was unable to be of assistance. Casandra made a point of making sure we had a first floor room that could accommodate our needs.nnAs with a previous review, the rooms are indeed dated, however, the staff was on point.
Super nice staff, clean rooms. No complaints.
