I came in to look at mountain bikes and I was very impressed with the knowledge and service that Patrick provided me. I've been riding road and gravel for years, but I am brand new to mountain biking. Patrick explained things to me in a way that didn't make me feel like I should know all this already and that was very much appreciated. Ended up purchasing a Kona Process 134 CR and I couldn't be happier!
Came in looking at fat bikes from out of town. They stayed well after they closed to make sure I was satisfied with my choice! Very knowledgeable & personable. Great shop!
These guys are amazing. I rented a great bike for a weekend of road and backroad riding.The hooked me up with a great bike fitted perfectly for my size and needs, recommended some fantastic rides, and were very helpful and personable throughout the entire experience. The shop itself is great. Recently had an experience where a sales worker laughed at the idea of a bike shuttle when we asked about one. My and my boyfriend were on a long trip when some medical issues came into play where we were considering a shuttle service. I probably won’t stop again.
We recently bought two E bikes from Blue Dog. A big thanks to Cody And Pete for their expertise. Every time we shop at Blue Dog it is a great experience. These people truly enjoy what they do. Thanks for the discounts.
