The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were very disappointed that none of the staff that we encountered ever wore a mask. We were there in the middle of the Covid pandemic. There was no sign upon entering the building that required anyone to wear one either. I think that this is very irresponsible for a hospitality business to not protect their guests.
Going back for the second time in a month. Only thing l didn't like was smokers near an entry door. Inside the room was spacious and cleaned well. p.s. Check out fishing guide service in Viroqua.
The office manager was very helpful and they had an extra sleeper all ready to go for our family of 5.
