This place would be nice if everyone had the same standards. Some people take care of their lot and some dont..Some places look pretty tore up..
Reply: I have lived here recent with my mother and it hasn't changed..Not sure what your standards are but they are not for EVERYONE. Maybe you should do a drive through the parks and see what I'm talking about.
Quiet neighborhood but eventually had to move cuz the lot fee is outta control.
We went to the Washington mobile Estates park to see our daughter the park looks clean and well-maintained no problems with parking
Came for a wedding reception and the place was nice. Unfortunately no alcahol permitted. Parking was scarce but there
