CLEAN
Could be a nice community but needs the right manager to clean it up
rent is very high and they just raised it another 26 a month after many people are short on money from the pandemic.
Any coronation that chooses to do that obviously values $$$ over people.
Their storage area constantly gets broken into bit they say they are not responsible for damages but refuse any type of security.
The office staff is never there when the office is scheduled to be open and they also don't answer the phone. They also advertise that they have rent to own homes but then when we asked about them, they said they don't even do rent to owns even though their website states they do and even tells you which lots are available as rent to own and includes photos.
Terrible communication from all of the park management.
Nice quiet trailer park. VERY well kept yards
