Irish did a great job on the roof of one of my single family rental units. TJ provided accurate information and his estimate was spot on. He also suggested some money saving options for future performance issues as well. The crew was on site ahead of his estimated installation date and the follow-up gutter install was great. The site cleanup was completed within a couple days and my tenants were not put out at all by the replacement process. The cost was competitive as well. We worked with TJ to get a quote for replacing a roof that was improperly installed a year earlier by another company. The entire experience was very professional, enjoyable, and they were very understanding with our situation.nThe new roof was installed when promised and was done correctly in a day, not weeks like that last guy. We had a flat roof replaced on the back of our house, They did an amazing job, crew was professional, took care to protect the plants on the ground, cleaned up the entire sight when they were done. Even when I called about a down spout that was pushed away from the building, they came right back and took care of it.
