I have lived in this community for 15 years. This small community is truly a hidden gem, where neighbors know and respect each other. Senior citizens and young families live side by side to the betterment of all. A management company supervises the rental of all land and those homes that are rentals. I would give 5 stars except for local management turnover/misc issues.
Looking to buy a home there. Like the looks so far. Changed our mind and bought elsewhere, but still a nice community.
Used to be a nice place to live. New management is raising lot rent fees beyond being affordable for people on a fixed income. They also do not take care of their property. I am VERY disappointed, to say the least, with this new management.
Use to be nice trailord park mngr shows on at your door whenever they feel like it sticks notes to doors. Rent raised $80 last year and now another $35.00yet roads awful grass in field behind me cut 3 call summer. Neighbor does not take care of his property cutting grass every 5 weeks nothing done about it. Park over run by cats. 1 maintance person use to be 3. Really sad after 22 years living in park new manmgt doesn't care. Just keep raising rent to drive out us long term tenants disabled and elderly. Mailbox been leaking nsil soaked yet after repeated requests still not fixed. Do not recommend buying a home in Indian meadows community fallen apart yet no one seems to care it's all about raising rent every year. Dirty shame on u.
My wife and i were going to buy a trailer there. After meeting the lady in the front office we decided not to she is extremely rude and disrespectful
