Stayed for 3 nights. Staff is friendly and accommodating, but that's about it for the positives. The carpets in the hallway and rooms are stained, The only clean surface was the bathroom countertop. The nightstand had sticky soda/beer can rings on it, the entertainment center and working desk hadn't been dusted in quite some time. Happily the bed was alright, not great, not bad, just OK. Beyond that, the front door is a frequent hang out spot for smokers, but there are other side entrances to use once you're checked in.
1st night I got there had bugs in the room I had to get rid of... also their building is not in the best shape you can tell they tried to cover up the cracks and damages... other than that the customer service was great
Jami was so nice. She put me in a clean, quiet room at the end of the hall. Unfortunately, the morning staff failed to make coffee. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.
Always great service. Coffee pot in the room. Important in am. Enjoyed the stay
Pretty nice rooms the toilet seat was very loose, but clean and comfortable. Pillows too small but that's ok they're soft.
