We were impressed from the first phone call with Custom Craft Roofing. We initially had a leak that we wanted repaired, and Ryan came out the same day to come and fix it while also giving us an inspection of our roof to replace it. We received the estimate the next day! Custom Craft's thoroughness, prompt response time, friendly demeanor, and excellent craftmanship is something that is left to be desired with other roofing businesses. They cleaned up our yard great after the job was complete, too. I wish I knew of them from the start of our inquiries! I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair. The assessment of the project was professional and the assessor was very knowledgable. He walked us the our options and the process for replacing the rubber roofing. He also discussed other items to repair and improve including the drain pipe from the roof. The quote was itemized and thorough. When the team arrived to do the work they were quick and professional. They asked before driving equipment onto the property and checked in with any questions or concerns. The roof and drain pipe look and function great! I highly recommend this crew for your roof project.
Custom Craft Roofing did an outstanding job re-shingling our home. The process went very smoothly from the initial appointment, inspecting the existing roof and providing me with a quote, all the way through the final details of flashing the masonry chimney and cleaning up the job site. Custom Craft was great to work with! They were very responsive to our phone call when our roof was leaking and sent Ryan out the next day. He listened to the concerns that we had and thoroughly inspected the roof. The project was done in one day and the team left the house completely clean from any shingle debris. We finally have a leak free roof and are very pleased with the results!
Custom Craft was excellent to work with from the office staff to the field staff. We had a major roof leak into one of our bedrooms. They were out numerous times, including in the blowing wind and pouring rain, to assess the problem. Once we had the problem figured out, they were over in a few days to replace the roof and had it done in just a few hours without hardly a trace of them being there. Thanks to the Custom Craft crew for taking care of our roof in a very timely fashion!
