Weekly rates that are very reasonable. The managers are extremely friendly. The rooms are adequate, with own bathroom, TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The furniture is nice also. The only negative is that you need to supply your own drinking water.

Drive the couple extra miles to a different location. A few extra dollars will not hurt, and you'll be glad you did! Rooms are disgusting. Cigarette burns in the floor along with yellow running down the bathroom walls after showers. There's a crazy amount of ants that get under the doors and try to sleep with you at night. Don't get me wrong the managers were very nice but couldn't be nosier!nMy biggest suggestion is to bring your own drinking water along with some spider repellent!! Wouldn't recommend bringing children as we found out as we were leaving, 2 sex offenders live there. It's full of men on probation and they give you no warning! I may seem like I'm quick to complain but we were there for 3 weeks and was never given a notice.nEverybody seemed to mind their own business and do their own thing but like I said, managers are all up everybody's you know what's!! There was a very nice older man that just liked to feed the birds and he was very sweet. But to bring up the birds watch out!! There is a sparrow family above managers door and you can't even enjoy a cigarette without being constantly swopped down upon and circled until your out of sight. Given there are 4 baby's but it's just over whelming!nVery nice location away from town and beautifully quiet. But there just wasn't enough pros to my cons if you catch my drift! Grandstay in Sheboygan WI has weekly rates of 144$, 2 bedrooms a full kitchen with living room and a huge bathroom you can actually wipe your cheeks in without knocking your self out! Did I mention they include contiental breakfast?!! Room service and no intimidating birds! Right on main Street with lots of attractions and just blocks away from lake Michigan!nDrive the extra mile! You'll thank me later!

Would not recommend this place what so ever! Lived there for about a year and was constantly sick with respetory illnesses! Place is infested with black mold! My shower walls were covered in it and no amount of scrubbing in the world would get it to come off. Also the water smells like rotten eggs! Undrinkable!

Quiet and clean rooms. I would recommend you bring your own water though

It was musky in the Pool. Other then that it was good. Expecally the breakfast.
