Visiting from way out of town. Friendly at desk, nice and quiet in the halls. Clean rooms, and updated furnishings
Shouldn't be charging full price during covid-19. No breakfast or pool. Had just stayed @ hotel outside of Chicago that bagged breakfast bars, yogurt, apple/banana, choice of drink, muffins, etc. for hotel patrons. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap! Wish we had stayed in a better hotel near airport or even Boarders Inn & Suites. This place is ran down & employees are.......Ugh......
Disappointed. The property shows signs of deferred maintenance and was expecting a nicer property because of the price paid for a double queen room ($130). No breakfast items or coffee were available and the pool was closed due to COVID which was expected but the price should reflect the decreased amenities.

I have stayed here before and was i surprised at the condition of the property this time. Maintenance and upkeep does not seem to be high on the list. This as evidenced by falling and missing exterior soffit and fascia. I booked a suite again. The room smelled musty, the couch had some form of powder and debris all over it. Carpet and counters are in need of serious attention. I did not sleep there, instead drove home the 1st night. When I arrived to check out the next day, an employee was outside the front entrance Vaping and when I said that I would like to check out early, he asked me when and when I said now, he complained that he was leaving soon and I am making him leave late. Few, if any, employees wore masks with the overall mood was depressive. My hope is that this can be turned around as we are in hard times.
