I have been looking at getting an electric bike since using a friend's in the fall of 2019. I didn't make my decision in a rush so as to check them all out and weigh my options as to what would be best for me. After I spoke with Brian at Bakcou, my decision was made. Customer service is a big deal, and being able to talk to a person with such enthusiasm made my decision easy. YES, I believe these to be the best bikes on the market - HANDS down. But I went with Bakcou because of the people. I had the opportunity to meet some of the staff at a show - to hear their passion and desire to be the best. Their engineering is matched only by their passion, commitment to service and customer care. Let's be honest - we know the primary brands you are most likely looking at - it comes down to a few legit top-contenders. Do yourself a favor and go with the one that has not only the best engineering, but PEOPLE behind it.

Great bike. I had ordered a bike from a different company and it was not going to make it in time, I originally wanted the backou mule and gave them a call. They rushed my order and I got the bike in time to go on my hunt. Amazing bike and super high quality parts and finish. Great customer service and super friendly staff. I will recommend to everyone I know.
